An organic extra virgin olive oil from two olive varieties: “Koroneiki” and “Athinolia”.
The harvest happens in autumn resulting in an array of phenolic compounds and the intense aroma of freshly-cut produce. It is produced with the cold-press method (<27C) and is unfiltered.
Sotirale Bio Blend is exclusively processed with mechanical means and matures in stainless steel tanks for 2-3 months before bottled.
